Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed after services have been implemented, as our services involve custom AI solutions tailored to your business. Refunds may be considered at our discretion if the service has not been initiated or delivered.

All payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Payoneer).

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services lawfully and ethically.

Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the services.

Respect intellectual property rights of Growthstitch and third parties.

Refrain from using AI outputs for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.

Uploading malicious files or software.

6. Company Rights

AI outputs generated via our services are licensed to users for use within their business operations, but Growthstitch is not responsible for third-party claims related to the use of these outputs.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or error-free.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before implementation.

Growthstitch is not liable for damages arising from AI outputs, including financial loss or reputational harm.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthstitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
